Fellow Legislators - Please review and consider co-authoring this HLS I plan to bring this session.

 In our desire to understand the Executive Budget presented by the administration, it would ask the governor to clearly specify how he plans on appropriating funds, and what parts of his budget are speculative as they would require legislative action?

God knows it would help me see where his budget did not meet constitutional muster.

Please let me know your thoughts, but I would hope to have all members of LA Budget Reform PAC confirm their support.
